Covid –19 Vaccination Sites:

Covid- 19 vaccination can be founded at local pharmacy or hospital or a vaccination site.

You can view all vaccination locations in Illinois here.


The United Center Vaccination Site is open to City of Chicago residents. No on-site registration is available, you must have an appointment.
